Youth Development


Start building a foundation for success early with our youth development programs. Designed for young athletes ages 8-18, these programs focus on fundamental movement skills, injury prevention, and age-appropriate strength and conditioning exercises.

Ken O'Brien

Travis O'Brien

"Coach T"

Ken is a NASM-certified personal trainer.

He is a former high school all-state running back, and college running back, and currently competes in the 50 and 100 meter dash in masters track and field.

Ken has been coaching youth and high school football since 2002, and training young athletes since 2012.

Travis is an ISSA-certified personal trainer.
He is a former All-State running back at Portsmouth (RI) High School. And is a former 2-time All-Conference running back at Mount Ida College in Newton, MA.

Travis is in his second year as running backs coach at Bentley University in Waltham, MA

FAQ

What age can my child start sports training?

We start training young athletes at 8 years old. We work on balance, coordination, running, jumping, and landing skills. And we make it lots of fun!

How are young athletes placed in the semi-private training groups?

We highly recommend a group of young athletes who are teammates or friends sign up for training together. This keeps the age range relatively the same.

Do you train track athletes outdoors?

Yes. please reach out to us for schedule availability

Do you work with adults that need to lose weight?

Yes... Be committed, ready to work, and be serious about changing your nutrition plan. This isn't a machine circuit at the local YMCA. You will get your ass kicked (just a little in the beginning). We will get you great results if you want to Excel. GUARANTEED!!
